Why Resistance Bands Are The Perfect Travel Partner

 

If you’re looking to get started with weight training, or even to grow your home gym, the resistance band is the perfect place to start.

   

The resistance band’s versatility is next to none. The user can incorporate the resistance band into traditional bodyweight workouts to add difficulty and build muscles stronger and larger. Differing degrees of resistance make them a key piece of equipment for any fitness level. It is the perfect replacement for dumbbells and occupies only a fraction of the space.

One of the best features of a resistance band is its compact design. Whether you’re on a road trip or on a plane, you can pack your resistance band for workouts on the go. The best part? Your suitcase won’t exceed the weight limit. The resistance band can easily be used at work or in a hotel room. There are a lot of resistance bands out there, but they aren’t all made equal. Here are some of the best.

When talking about resistance bands, there are two main types. There are flat resistance bands or tubular bands with handles. Both are great tools and should be bought based on desired exercises and personal preference.

Resistance bands with handles are ideal for upper body workouts that involve curls. The handle allows the user to get a solid grip on the band without any slippage.
